This is a gallery of Italian shell and mother of pearl cameo pendants. Also included are blister pearl and inlay pendants. The inlays consist of a black agate background, white mother of pearl for the face and ribbon and various stones for the hat and bodice. They are wrapped and sculpted in 14kt gold-filled wire.
